A Telegram bot that grew into a personal operations hub: expense tracking with receipt OCR, bank-statement parsing, and a worker-edit queue for my agency — audited by a mission-control dashboard that health-checks every feature.

What it does

  • Natural-language expense logging with OCR receipt reading and bank-statement intake, backed by Google Sheets
  • 14+ live features tracked on a mission-control board with real-time status pills and one-click tests per feature
  • A 'build a feature' button that opens a seeded AI coding session pointed at the bot's repo — the bot helps build itself
  • Runs 24/7 on a self-hosted server as a systemd service

Why it matters

A single chat thread replaces an expense app, a document parser, and an ops queue.
